Which classes do you admit?

We admit students from Class 3 to Class 8 (admissions limited to 50 students) for Sainik School (Class 6 & 9 entry), Navodaya (Class 6 & 9 entry) and RMS/RIMC preparation.

Is the hostel compulsory?

No. We offer both residential and day batches. Residential students follow a Sainik-School-style routine which we strongly recommend for AISSEE aspirants.

What is the medium of instruction?

Concepts are taught in Marathi and English. Students choose the exam medium; we prepare them for the exact paper they will face.

What are the fees?

Do you help with the AISSEE / JNVST application form?

Yes. We guide parents through the entire online application, document upload and admit-card process.

Do you offer online coaching for students outside Satara?

Yes. We offer online Sainik School and Navodaya coaching for students across India — Pune, Mumbai and beyond. Call or WhatsApp us for current batch timings.

Where is the academy located?

Our main centre is at Flat No. 609, A Green City, near Narmada School, Satara, and we also run a centre at Vaduj. See the map on our Contact page or open our Google Maps listing.

What is Yashashree Academy?

Yashashree Academy is a residential coaching institute in Satara, Maharashtra, founded in 2016, that prepares Class 3 to 8 students for the Sainik School (AISSEE), Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNVST), RMS and RIMC entrance exams. It has separate hostels for boys and girls and also runs online batches for students across India.

Who runs Yashashree Academy?

Yashashree Academy was founded in 2016 by Prof. Seema Vijaykumar Pharande (M.Sc. Physics), who leads the academy. The teaching team covers Mathematics, English, Science, Marathi, Geography, Environmental Studies and General Knowledge.

Which entrance exams does Yashashree Academy prepare students for?

All India Sainik School entrance exam (AISSEE), Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNVST), Rashtriya Military School (RMS), RIMC, SPI Aurangabad, the Scholarship exam, NSSE, MTS and Manthan.

How many students from Yashashree Academy have been selected?

More than 150 students have been selected since 2016, to Sainik Schools such as Satara and Chandrapur and to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas. Rachana Pawar scored 364/400 for Class 9 entry and ranked 1st in Maharashtra among girls in the open category, joining Sainik School Satara. The Results page lists selections with their schools and marks.

Is there a separate hostel for girls?

Yes. Boys and girls stay in separate, RCC-built hostels, and there is a separate batch for girls. The hostel accommodates 100 students in total.

What is the daily routine for residential students?

Residential students follow a Sainik-School-style day from 5:30 AM to 9:30 PM: morning study, PT and drill, classes from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM, afternoon revision, sports or physical training in the evening, supervised self-study and a question–answer hour before lights out.

How do I get admission at Yashashree Academy?

Call or WhatsApp 096040 77789 (or fill the enquiry form), visit the campus for counselling, have your child take a simple level-check test, then submit documents and fees to confirm the seat. Admissions are limited to 50 students.
